BoltServers.com Terms of Service:

All services provided by BoltServers.com may only be used for legal/law abiding purposes only. Any storage of data or information in violation to any United States federal, state, or city laws is prohibited. This includes copyrighted material, pornography, and anything else we feel is inappropriate material. If any of the above mentioned items are found on your server, your account will be terminated immediately with no notice and a $40.00 cancellation charge will apply to your account. BoltServers.com will also hand over any information to the proper authorities that may need it to start/continue their investigation into your detrimental actions. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BoltServers.com, and any of there subsidies from any claims or filings resulting from the use of BoltServers.com's services which may have damaged the users computer or any other parties.

Abusing Servers:

We have a Zero Tolerance policy when it comes to damage or harm to a server or user at Bolt Servers. If you violate our Terms of Service your account at BoltServers.com will be terminated and NO REFUND given. The users/clients/customers of BoltServers.com are fully responsible for there accounts. Our services pertain to providing gaming servers, and nothing more. If anything not pertaining to game hosting or VOIP is found within your account it may be terminated without a refund.

VOIP Servers:

BoltServers.com does not currently offer VOIP, but it will in the near future. When BoltServers.com offers VOIP the user/customer/client are forbidden to change the max number of slots of their server. If you are found in violation of VOIP policy, your VOIP server will be terminated, and you will be charged a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Server Resale:

BoltServers.com forbids the resale of any of our services. If you fail to abide by these terms then your account will be terminated immediately and you will be charged a $40.00 cancellation fee.

Service Refusal:

BoltServers.com reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or suspend service, at our discretion.

Billing:

All accounts will have a monthly or quarterly recurring billing date equal to the original activation date. The user/client/customer will have the option to set-up a subscription using Paypal for automated drafts or paying manually each month using either credit or debit via paypal. BoltServers.com will send a 3-day Final Notice on the actual due date for any account with nonpayment, giving the user/client/customer an additional 3 days to pay. If user/client/customer fails to remit payment by the end of 3 day Final Notice, the service will be suspended until payment is received. There will be a tiered reactivation fee of all cancelled servers: $5.00-first and second offense, $10.00-third,fourth and fifth offense, $15.00-sixth and more offense. Note: On the sixth offense, account will be reviewed and BoltServers.com reserves the right to require prepayment terms, at thier discretion, to continue the service.

Refunds:

BoltServers.com does not give refunds on cancelled contracts. We do not give any refunds for add-on services, setup fees, additional purchases, and overage charges. If our server abuse policy is violated all refunds are forfeited. BoltServers.com requires a seven day notice for cancellation of your account. Also we don't give partial refunds as our contracts are done on a monthly basis. We have the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any or all services at our discretion.

Account Activation:

By activating your account with BoltServers.com, you are entering a binding contact with the above policies, and disclaimers. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies and disclaimers.

Server Guarantees:

BoltServers.com guarantees complete setup, and functioning gaming server within twenty four hours of receiving payment. Also our servers have an uptime rating of 99.8%.

Deactivated Services:

BoltServers.com requires a tiered reactivation fee of all cancelled servers: $5.00-first and second offense, $10.00-third,fourth and fifth offense, $15.00-sixth and more offense. Note: On the sixth offense, account will be reviewed and BoltServers.com reserves the right to require prepayment terms, at thier discretion, to continue services.

Liability:

BoltServers.com will not be held responsible for any damages that could result from services being down or offline for any reason. We also are not responsible for any accidental deletion of games or VOIP servers. Any and all damages are limited to the termination of your services here at BoltServers.com.

Disclaimer:

BoltServers.com will not be held liable for server down time, data loss, or server failures. Some of our services are resold services which means we don't own or have physical contact to them so we can't be held liable for some issues that may arise. We have no responsibility as to the use of our user/client/customer accounts. If there are any compliance violations with our ToS the user/client/customer account will be immediately deactivated. We have the right to terminate, and remove any account in question.
